Free public transport for participants

We are delighted to announce a special benefit for all attendees of the Baltic Endocrinology Congress and the ESE Postgraduate Course: a complimentary public transport pass. This offer is designed to make your experience at our event as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

Upon registration, each participant will receive a Congress name tag, which includes a unique QR code. This QR code serves as your ticket to free public transportation throughout the city, allowing you to explore with ease and comfort.

How to Use Your Free Transport Pass:

Find the QR Code: Your Congress name tag contains the QR code that acts as your pass.

Validation: To use your free pass, simply validate the QR ticket by scanning it at the bottom of the rectangular orange validator. These validators are conveniently located at the front door of each public transport vehicle.

Validity Period: Your free public transport pass is valid from April 15th to April 25th, covering the entire duration of the Congress and Course, ensuring you have the flexibility to travel as needed.

We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to explore the city at your leisure, without the worry of transport costs. Whether you're commuting to the Congress venue or visiting local attractions, your travel is covered.
